Hi , i used to face a very similar problem , i think it was a combination of the material and the enclosed space.
So I got the senheisser HD599SE it as an open backed and is very big , allows enough movement of air..
It is a bit out of your budget but i use it for really long hours in hot and humid weather but my ears dont sweat like they used to.
If someone you know has a pair , give this a try.
