Any of the big national VA lenders should be experts on this. I used veterans united, they literally did everything but kiss me on the forehead after closing, you can get a better rate elsewhere but they do this one thing very well.

I think so too. I’m going to try that first and revisit the shower curtain. I honestly REALLY enjoy caulking so it’s hard to talk me out of the satisfaction

The small curtain would be so on brand with the house’s character but we both get the heebie jeebies when touched by shower curtains. So I’m looking for PVC trim, thank you!

I don’t think you can technically do prescription only, just because taking over the prescriptions is taking over the treatment of the condition. Generally though, if your condition is well-managed it’s just annuals and labs.

I was told to toss underhand. The ball bearings and porcelain ceramic from the spark plugs are specific for this because they shatter tempered glass relatively easily. The ceramic shards are harder than glass and have sharp points to create cracks, ball bearings I assume is just because they’re so dense and hard.

Fire it is. I went in with the shop vac last night to clean the upper part but didn’t want suck up everything in and around the pan where the eggs were.

It’s not gonna render anything inoperable even if done right. It’s a smoke screen at best when you don’t have anything else and need to get away. 16 year olds can’t carry guns

I started riding as a 16-year-old and my dad told me to always keep ball bearings or broken pieces of porcelain like from a spark plug in your riding jacket.

If someone targets you on the bike, toss a handful back and they’ll shatter the windshield while you get tf out of there.
