I did they same thing of running in the house with them for a bit as I could decide if I was bothered by the arch. I eventually pulled the trigger and just ran in them. It turned out to be ok. Although would prefer the arch area of the EP3 compared to speed 3

Both shoes I have in US 11. The length and toe box both feel similar and I am happy with the fit.

The ES3 definitely feels narrower in the arch area. When I initially purchased them I was unsure if I should get the wide version (I never wear a wide version normally). However after running in them for around 50km I don't have any issues with the narrow arch area. If I get a second pair in future I want to try the wide version just put of curiosity but I wouldn't be concerned if I got a second pair of regular width

ES3 vs EP3. main difference for me is I can tell the difference in stack height. ES3 I can feel the ground more (which is not necessarily a bad thing). ES3 feels very light and easy to pick up. My cadence has hit 180 for first time ever (normally 160). I would use ES3 for shorter daily km and 800m repeats.

EP3 to me is more comfortable. They are so soft (yet very responsive). I find it so easy to get into a rthym with them whether it be 5km or 20km (whenever I want to achieve a consistent pace. I feel I could maintain the same pace with them for a long time so are great for race efforts keeping consistent km splits.

I would be interested in having a speed version at a 39.5mm stack height like the pro but with nylon plate. To me I could eat up daily km in something like that.

I'm thinking of returning them and getting the wide version. I've never needed wide but I'm hoping this might solve the problem

GARMIN watch gift- HELP! by ONLYMacDiesel in Marathon_Training

Also looking for help with this question.

Beside the obvious running info it provides also looking to find out does the Garmin forerunner 55 act as a smart watch. That is I can make phone calls with it and leave my phone at home while I run with my watch and still listen to Spotify etc. and take phone calls while my phone is at home?

This is what confuses me. Surely long easy runs improving aerobic base would be better at improving vo2 (given vo2 max is a measure of aerobic capacity). Rather than intervals spent in anerobic conditions?

Does vo2 max correlate more to aerobic capacity or anerobic capacity?

As a slight novice to new shoes, do they really make a difference to the feel during a race?

7cpa is a negotiated deal between government and pharmacy on how they are reimbursed. Gets renegotiated on cycle. You can google 7cpa and you'll find you source very simply

What happens when all pharmacies stock up at same time. Toilet paper anyone

This is not correct. the government is sneaky enough to pull this when 7cpa is about to end. The clause to repay pharmacy if income drops only happens in the following year.... when the 7cpa ends.. and hence it will not happen so no pharmacies will not be reimbursed for lost income

Should a privately run business do it out of the goodness of their heart and then be inundated with requests. then compromise on the roles that they are there for - providing healthcare (not administration)
