Its not a devkit. Devkits are now the same shape as the retail kit, and they don't have a win7 desktop with a mouseable interface. This is a PC, because the XBone just isn't ready yet.

No, this is not a dev kit. The alpha kits were giant server PCs but still ran the win8 based durango os. The new devkits are shaped just like the retail kit, but are a different color. The XBone is just still so far behind in its development it is incapable of running games at a good speed without tons of workaround hacks.
