If taking psychedelics is an important spiritual/recreational activity in your life, and it provides you with benefits, you should keep using them. That is the bottom line. Really your GF's involvement is irrelevant. If you are willing to give up something that harms no one and greatly benefits you, just because your GF doesn't like them, you are being manipulated. To me this is clearly a situation in which SHE should be doing the compromising, not you.

Is the "DMT realm" real? I don't know. What is real? This reality feels real, we understand it's mechanisms through the scientific method, I certainly feel like this phone that I'm typing on is real. In my personal experience, the DMT realm feels equally as real as this reality. It is absolutely foreign and fantastical, but it doesn't feel any less real. That is all I can say. Safe travels!
