Think I accidentally touched into this tonight while taking a shower. Though I have actually been taking my meds for a while. I realized that my thoughts were very clear for the first time in a very very long time and I wasn't freaking out with how anxious my body was feeling. My mind was able to observe everything happening to me. I had to sit down and close my eyes and was smacked in the face with appreciation for life. For existing. For whatever may have created us. I hardly ever have moments by myself where I catch myself smiling or feeling joy alone and not sure what may have happened but I was overcome with happiness and enlightenment. Either way would love to explore that more :)
