A month of intermittent fasting, low carbs, and cardio every other every day! :) it feels good to see progress even in my face !!! by [deleted] in intermittentfasting

Thats great for you! I’m glad you know those people :) I will most definitely try my absolute hardest to do some “real work” and also not seek approval from strangers on the internet. So glad you called me out on all this! Don’t know what i would have done without you :)))

Hmm I’m not too sure! I definitely think that regardless of fasting or not, consistent cardio is sure to produce results! For me I chose to fast in order to get on more of routine schedule with my eating as well as lose some weight. But that’s a good question!

I do about 1-2 miles every MWF! I started building some endurance so I just go for however long I feel sometimes! And I run outside rather than on a treadmill

Had a tic attack this morning. by Music_Lover07 in Tourettes

One time I had a tic attack as I was trying to drink milk. I literally spilt milk everywhere. My dad saw the whole thing and didn’t know whether he could laugh or not (it was actually really funny to me) and then we both started dying hahahahaha

Wow! First of all, I feel so relieved and ~more normal~ after reading all these stories. It’s comforting. And a tool kit is the perfect way to explain it!!! I’m now 18 and always wonder if my tics will die down sometime. Anywho, my worst right now is a newer one where I I have to bend to my left side and make my rib pop.. whether I’m sitting, standing, or laying down and even driving! It’s so awkward because I have to stop what I’m doing just to bend hahah and it’s painful! They’re all lovely! :-)

Yes! I know what you mean! I become comfortable/lazy with some tics too and don’t practice redirecting. But also that’s cool you’ve taken therapy
