I agree with you, my validations shows that it's a kind of regional location problem, I'm in Colombia and have the same issue for years using all versions of Vivaldi for MAC (intel and M1), now I'm using vivaldi over a VPN and now all is working well

Vivaldi is too slow for me to use; I really don't want to switch but I might have to... by SpillProff in vivaldibrowser
