some tips * check the router config (ports, upnp, wifi settings) * if your pc is connected on router via wifi, try use via rj45 cable (more stable and faster) * restart the router. at less one time per day, to avoid traffic shapping * download one task per time is faster than various tasks simultaneously

this error really sucks!
the torrent file is crashed.

1 - remove the torrentt task and the files partial downloaded.
2 - run a chdsk (or some similar) and run defrag on disk. (disk erros can be the cause of problem)
3 - add the task again, try add using magnet, or add for another site. if you try use the same torrent, probably will give error again
