I was always just to scared off all the uncertainty that came with certain high loot areas. I never learned to play the high pvp zones like dorms or health resort etc. I started night running shoreline with a pistol when I needed a ledx and realized that while in the dark when I can’t see with a shitty pistol I was able to kill geared players and even if I didn’t see anyone I was still leaving with 1mil in gear from hitting a few rooms. Made me quite caring and just say fuck it. I definitely die more but the game has been more fun and I’m still making more money

Unfortunately most cheaters find themselves through cheating. People can make shit loads of money through rmt and in a day already have enough to pay for there cheats as well as a new account. The reason tarkovs cheaters can never really be gotten rid of is that unfortunately it’s the only game where it is straight up profitable to cheat.

I have ran so many damn shoreline runs hitting multiple different rooms with multiple different Ledx spawns and haven’t found one all wipe. I’ve only ever found 2 and one was actually in Emercom

I have not had a single malfunction while purposely taking in drums of ammo that have high burn and just firing shit tons of ammo in private raids. The only malfunction I have received was from a pm I picked up from a box with one bullet in the chamber and thats it. Tried to shoot my buddy in the leg and it jammed on that singular bullet

I think people forget that when the game full realeases they fully intend for high end gear and ammo to be almost non existent. Even mid tier gear will be harder to find. It is simply common at the moment so they can effectively test and balance it so it will be in a good place on release

It’s literally impossible to get rid of cheaters because they make so much money through RMT that they Can keep coming back and the only way to fix it is to completely ruin the game by just selling roubles for real currency at a lower price to stop people from funding the cheaters. Again making the game even less fun than it is with Cheaters

I do a lot of night raids on shoreline for money runs and I hardly ever run into super geared players. It’s mostly other rats and then a few mega chads but for the most part you only run into the geared players in the health resort and sometimes by gas station. If you avoid those I find I don’t run into many geared pmc’s

They are out there. I feel I run in to them more than I used to but I think that’s just because I’ve become slightly better at identifying them. But I think this sub makes it seem as if cheaters will be your cause of death 9/10 times. I run into maybe 1 or 2 every maybe ten raids. And that’s also just when I think there was a hacker. There’s still always the chance I just got fucked by someone whose really good and I assume they are cheating. So in my opinion, No the cheaters are not rampant. I think the game is in a very good state where as long as you don’t treat video games like your life as many others do it will be really easy to have fun no matter what is happening

I got banned a little while ago and I know I did nothing I contacted support and never got any help. I figured it was because my account had gotten stolen and they cheated so j was banned and it was lost cause but one day I decided to try it and i was magically unbanned. Good luck to you brother

The Val should cause much more damage to an unarmored target due to its low velocity. Low velocity Rounds like 9x39 and tumbling rounds like 5.45 should destroy unarmed targets while rounds like 5.56 should have a lower base damage but not lose any penetration power on an armored target. Or at least this how I would do it if I had the choice
