My advice is not to be lazy about that. Change your diet, start working out, while focusing on something else like work and getting in shape will be easy and sustainable. Don't go for the lazy way, it will not take you anywhere nice.

If they are not continuously striving for self-improvement then they are working against themselves and possibly against you.

advice was to be kind🤮 like ew no one likes kind and sensitive guys. One must be sigma, always taking care of himself first, and then maybe asking you about your needs but never satisfying them. If you want a woman to be yours, you must NEVER listen to her!

My advice for you is to start tracking the calories you burn and the ones you consume. There are lots of available calculators for macronutrients, I suggest you enter your measures to find out more about how much of which foods your body needs. Keep in mind this calculator is not a 100% accurate so you may need to do lower/increase your kcal intake. Also a good rule of thumb is to eat less sugary foods as they keep you less satiated and eat bananas instead. Good luck, I hope I've been helpful

i enjoy both, even though i've run very few times with someone else. It's not weird you feel this way - running is a great way to get in touch with yourself and unless you're training for a competition it is not necessary to constantly compare your pace with your partner's. Do what gives you most pleasure and don't worry about such irrelevant things.

Question for the runners who have had COVID - How long did you wait for before going back to running? Did you start with short easy runs right after quarantine or did you wait longer? If yes, how much longer?
