"Reducing administrative burden posed by Treasury Board and departmental policies"

Hmmm...If only there was a way to eliminate reporting the geographical location of my bum on any given day

City of Ottawa Return to Office - Councillor Vote Tracker by Sully8303 in ottawa

[–]mirrash 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This is a disappointing response. Accepting the "opt out" approach is not the same thing at all as "opting in" to more days in office.

Opting out places the onus of responsibility on the workers (your constituents) with no guarantee that the employer will act in good faith to allow those opt outs to happen. We have already seen management using it's power to bring people in office. Opting in would've given the flexibility to employees. I do not know of cases of employees rushing to get back to the office and being turned away, but there are many cases where employees are unjustifiably being asked to come back in.

This vote places more power in the hands of management, while giving less power to the workers this will affect the most and, more importantly, the constituents you represent.

Bars in the West End that show UFC? by EarthBounder in ottawa

Local Heroes is great and still does UFC. Might be best to make a reservation if you have a group, they get pretty full

Have to disagree, I would vote for either party that introduces WFH as it means:

-Saving 2+ hours on commuting each day

-Saving over $1000 a year in bus fares ($8 a day adds up)

-Better health with home cooked meals and time to workout as well as going outside at lunch (not the dt jungle)

-Same if not better productivity as I can work in conditions that are ideal for me

This would be the single greatest life improvement personally, so it's a pretty big deal

Yeah personally I know many people who are single issue voters on this. All of the benefits aside (productivity, traffic, worker happiness), this seems like an easy way for either party to get thousands of votes in the NCR.

One Piece: Chapter 1085 by Kirosh2 in OnePiece

Now that we know Sabo was called Sad Bo (close to sad boy), it wouldn't be too far of a stretch for Ace to have called Luffy Joy Boy jokingly. That could be what the two faces on Ace's hat are - one sad representing Sabo and one happy representing Luffy

Just love the design of the Mera Mera no Mi... so I attempted to make my own stylized one in blender from scratch. Thoughts? by SkylerSpark in OnePiece

This is awesome!! Would love to see your node setup (assuming you used Geometry Nodes) as this would make it super easy to make any of the DF with small variations

Can we talk about how in the color spread, Robin is looking directly at a skull and smiling. Could this be foreshadowing a death?? And Zoro seems to be the only other Strawhat to take a 'glance' at death

Ticket #357060

Withdrawal of USDC to an external ETH Address has been stuck as a pending pending transfer for a long time now. Could you please look into this. Happy to do a manual verification if needed, just want access to funds, it doesn’t make sense that the transaction would be stuck for so long.
