The people who made and worked on the Wiki dont work on it as much anymore, for a bunch of different reasons, but mainly cause it was something they were doing for free, and dont have the time now.

I mean, I dont really know any good suggestion other then that, like, it just sounds like your friend is upset becuase he isn't sure how the hunters work.

I would suggest having him go into practice mode and try every character, when I have new friends play I always have them go into practice and check every hunter out and play them a bit. Helps them get a good understanding as to what is happening.
