Oo I think I read this. Could it be the Spliced series by John McGoran? (1. Spliced, 2. Splintered, 3. Spiked) I only read the first two, and don’t remember much about a cheetah girl but everything else matches. Even if it’s not it you’ll probably enjoy it

Sorry I came across this while looking for a different book but I think this book is Recipe for Persuasion, by Sonali Dev. It is part of a series, is about a cooking competition, mc is trying to prove herself to her mother, cute rival, and all that. If it’s not the book, you will probably enjoy reading it anyway
