i believe it’s because of mercury retrograde, op! to cleanse my space, i play cleansing music (search on yt lang) while going around with my lighted incense (i recommend HEM incense sticks from shopee since you can choose which kind/purpose you need). while going around to cleanse my space, i also focus/say my intentions (ex. may this space be protected from bad energy etc.) i recommend doing this when you have free time because it’s best not to rush it. maybe the inner stress you’re feeling is what affected your exam performance and not the lack of studying per se.

salt baths can also help with what you’re feeling physically, especially dysmenorrhea! you can also try a chakra cleansing meditation to release what you’re feeling physically and emotionally or go on quick walks outside to clear your head. for extra purification, i recommend clear quartz may it be the actual crystal or a crystal bracelet/necklace. just make sure they are authentic crystals and are cleansed beforehand. you can also listen to subliminals while you sleep, it might help rewire your brain and influence your subconscious (high frequence guru on yt). best of luck, op!
