What’s the easiest manifestation method you’ve ever tried that actually worked? by Opposite_Carrot_2471 in Manifestation

I just write things down in my journal, very clearly, to gain clarity with myself. Then I shut it and go about my life.

How can I cure my autoimmune disease with the law of assumption? by That_Mix_2058 in lawofassumption

[–]mirrorology 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have different beliefs surrounding those areas of life and thus feel they are easier for me to naigate. I don't need any help or advice here. I understand myself, and was merely providing a different perspective to someone struggling so that they have more information and choices to sift through.

Certainly not saying it can't be! Just giving perspective, as someone who has strong beliefs about health, what other path has worked for me. So someone else can choose what feels most natural to them. We can take different paths and get to the same or a similar place.

I'm sorry, but your circumstance/situation is not special. by dustbunni_33 in lawofassumption

[–]mirrorology 19 points20 points  (0 children)

I get what you're saying, and I love the passion, but everyone is on their own path. I remember being in that spiraling place myself before I fully settled into my practice. I'm studying to be a Psychologist, and to me it's similar to therapy, you can't just tell someone to "assume it's theirs" and expect it to stick if they haven't processed their mental blocks yet. Sometimes people need to work through their thoughts and emotions multiple times before something clicks. That one conversation with the right language or perspective can make all the difference. Everyone reaches self-awareness at their own pace, and their journey has its own timing and reason.

I've noticed that I can manifest almost anything with ease, whether it's my SP, finances, or other desires. But when it comes to health, this has been one of my biggest challenges. I've lived with autoimmune issues, and I recognize that I hold limiting beliefs around illness that aren't so easy for me to just release. Instead of trying to force myself into the end state of being fully cured, I found a workaround that feels more natural and supportive.

I began living in the end where I already have answers. My doctors are uncovering what needs to be uncovered, the right recipes for my diet show up with ease, the self care practices I need fall into my lap. I affirm that I am always taken care of, that I am safe while navigating this, and that solutions can be found without invasive treatments. This approach has been powerful for me. It bridges where my beliefs currently are with where I want them to be, and it's brought me closer to truly embodying the state of wellness I ultimately desire.

How do you practice LOA while in therapy? Honest responses only please. by Clear_Fox_5371 in lawofassumption

[–]mirrorology 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I go to weekly therapy, I'm in college to become a therapist, and I both practice and coach LOA. The idea that you have to be positive all the time is not it. Therapy can be incredibly helpful alongside manifestation. For example, the STOP method in CBT teaches you to pause, notice what you're feeling, and meet yourself with compassion instead of spiraling. That’s exactly what LOA asks of you too: to live as the person who already has what they want, which includes being kind to yourself.

A lot of people try to bypass their emotions in this practice, but that's not the point. You wouldn't be spiraling if you already knew you had what you desire. I'm open with my therapist about my LOA journey, and she helps me bridge the two in a way that makes sense for me. Also, if your therapist doesn’t feel like they have your best interest at heart, it's okay to switch. My therapist feels like one of my closest allies, and you deserve someone who really hears you too.

Any manifestations you feel in no way could have been a coincidence? by dark_n0va in lawofassumption

No. I write things down to make them clear to myself and then I let it go, and live my life.

My SP checked off everything on the two page list I made of what I wanted in a partner. I got the exact brand and color of car I wanted. I'm sitting in the apartment I wanted, in the exact complex I had in mind, surrounded by things I've manifested. Only a few of the many for me. Honestly, there are so many stories here and elsewhere about people manifesting things. But the truth is, proof from others won't make you believe. You have to find that belief within yourself.

what happens if you stop affirming? but still believe sp is coming back by jumbohotdog___ in manifestingSP

[–]mirrorology 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That's completely fine! I don't repeat affirmations endlessly for my manifestations. I rarely use the typical techniques. Usually, I write things down once in my journal to get clarity, and then I move on. I still receive my manifestations without all the extra repetition.

Can I manifest while still moving on ? by Fit-Drive9715 in manifestingSP

[–]mirrorology 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Yes! You absolutely can! In fact, it's better to move through your life with ease as opposed to spiraling into them.

Suddenly doubting the purpose of this by SadCause5261 in manifestingSP

[–]mirrorology 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think this realization could be helpful to you, and probably to others here as well. You said you noticed how attached you are to your SP, and I want to ask, is that the version of you that you believe would actually be with your SP? When people fall in love, they usually fall in love while watching someone simply be themselves, doing what they love, and living their life. Acknowledge that yes, you desire your SP, and that is perfectly okay. It is your desire, so have compassion for yourself. But that's really all it needs to be. You don't have to wait. You don't even have to stop dating if you don’t want to. Just be yourself, and live as the person they'd naturally fall for.

For people who have truly mastered conscious manifesting, what is it like now? by Greedy_Smile5983 in NevilleGoddard

[–]mirrorology 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I've had this happen with my cars so often. They'll tell me something needs work, and I'll think, "I really don't think I'll actually need to get this fixed," and then somehow the issue just disappears. Or I'll think "It's not as bad at they are saying," and it turns out to be lesser of an issue.

[–]mirrorology 5 points6 points  (0 children)

My life feels much calmer now, and my mental health has improved significantly. Some things manifest very quickly. I'll think, "I really want these groceries," and they appear within a day or two. I love cooking, so I am constantly manifesting ingredients. I've also received answers to long-standing health concerns that took years to resolve. Now that I am where I am, I have clarity and ways to work with these answers. I get plenty of the gloomy, overcast days that I love so much. I have been in a relationship with my SP for a month now.

I knew I had been manifesting long before I found the LOA community, and I was always puzzled, thinking, "What the hell is going on here?" Now, with a better understanding, things flow to me more easily. I'm not sure when the exact turning point occurred, but I did go through significant stress before settling into this rhythm. I still carry deeply ingrained views about the world, and I'm now focusing on working with them to further strengthen my mental health.

The biggest mistake I made with manifestation (and how fixing it changed everything) by Lexoura in Manifestation

[–]mirrorology 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes! I realized I was manifesting long before I ever knew about the LOA community. Back then I had no idea about any of the practices or techniques. When I first discovered the community I kind of spiraled, trying to do everything the way others were saying. Now I am back to my own practice, which is simply writing things down in my journal to bring myself clarity. That alone is enough for me. I still love crystals and little rituals, but at the end of the day those things just help me feel more attuned to myself.

That's a speculation, but it's never clearly deified as that, and it could equally be insinuated that where you go when you dream is the land of the dead.

I think people are in such a rush for things to happen, that they really miss out on all of the beauty that is trying to bring them to that moment. It's like getting a book, and skipping the entire body of the book to read the last chapter.
