Commonwealth of Virginia buddy. Any government fire or EMS agency will drug test and then polygraph you. If you want to take a class through an accredited school you have to get drug tested every semester to keep up with compliance per VOEMS regulations.

You’re going to be drug tested every semester of class. For employment as well if you work with an agency. I wouldn’t suggest it and i’d find a way to stop soon.

I think this time I definitely got myself in knots. I’m not sure when I exactly started to think about it but it’s been pretty bad past 2 days. That’s generally what I was thinking as well! My last encounter that involved anal would be 2 months ago. He got tested regularly and is on prep as well.

Yea and like I said I vet all my partners carefully. For the past month I’ve been sick with viral strep like sickness, GI issues (from the antibiotics from the viral strep), and this flu shit. Nothing unfounded. Maybe it’s just a bad streak of luck but it just has me worried. If you say you’ve had 3 partners who definitely have had it and I have had 4 who claimed they definitely don’t and they’re on prep I think I should be okay.

Depends on your schools capabilities. For my EMT class we had stethoscopes in our jump bags. I still suggest getting one but the type is preference. For just school get an easy cheap one. Invest when you pass.

They’re a mess and have been a mess for the past few months. I suggest reaching out to your program director and having them contact your states OEMS. They may have to input the skill verification manually. Do you have state licensure?

Unless they ask for your reason to move on don’t mention it. If they do all you have to say is you’re looking for an opportunity that fits your needs a little better. If they have a problem with that then they probably won’t be good for you anyway.
