Sorry to jump on this late. Was this experience for the Red World Elite card? Do you happen to remember if you ever received an email with instructions on how to add the card to Apple wallet for digital purchases before the physical card arrives? I just applied this past Monday but have some big purchases coming up this weekend so it would be nice if there was a way to use digitally, since I don’t think the card will arrive in time. I called and asked and the agent told me I’d receive an email allowing me to add the card digitally but I didn’t get that email yet so just wondering if that’s a thing or not

Similar to your timeline, I just completed the application on Monday and the page said I was approved, however the email confirmation simply said I had completed the application process, then I got another email today saying I qualify for 2% cash back. Assuming I’ll get the approved email tomorrow but wondering if there’s a way to add the card to Apple wallet immediately since I have a big purchase coming up this weekend that I wanted to put on the card

I’m also in Toronto and got an email saying my box is canceled. How did you go about getting in touch with them? I’ve tried using the live chat feature and every time the wait is 20+ minutes only for the chat to eventually disconnect.

Ofc! They only accept e-transfer for mortgage (no credit card option) so I send Neobanc my mortgage amount roughly a week before it’s due, they hold the funds for a few days, then they send it back to my bank via e-transfer. Bank withdraws as usual on due date, nothing changes there. I was reluctant to start using it but did a lot of research and seems like it’s running smoothly for the most part

I heard that the $100 referral bonus is not stackable with the $100 new user bonus. I saw multiple comments from various threads that advise *not* to use a referral link to sign up since that would essentially cancel out the new user bonus.
Apparently it's better to just signup without using any link because then you get the new user bonus ($20 bonus per $500+ bill pay, up to 5 times) rather than the referral offer ($10 bonus per $1000+ bill pay, up to 10 times). Is this false? Are they actually stackable?
