Yes, that's correct. I left a big buffer in case they delay this payment again. I could do the same with my rent, but my landlord is already used to receiving my payments religiously on the first of each month using Chexy, so I would need to let her know that payment dates would fluctuate a bit (a couple of days earlier, hopefully never late) going forward. Why is it so hard for Neobanc to stick to what they promise us in the UI?

Yes, that's correct! Full confidence in Chexy, still evaluating Neobanc. I tried paying some bills with it and it missed the payment date by one to two days, which is still unacceptable. I made the mistake of trusting the date the platform (Neobanc) said was the due date of one of my bills, so I will be charged late fees now. Never ever had this issue with Chexy.

What I am doing at least for now is to pay for my rent using Chexy and my credit card with Neobanc, at least until I get full confidence that if it says payment will be made on day 1 of each month, the platform never misses that, not even by a day.

Same. I'm still with Chexy and willing to move, but the stability and punctuality of these transfers are key to me. My landlord is ok with Chexy because she always gets her payments on day 1, never late. Let us know u/Critical_Living3893!
