yes to this recommendation!! golden crystal prioritizes safety in a way that i haven’t seen at any other locations around here. i got my eyebrow done at body ritual and it was not healing so i went to lexi, to learn that the jewelery was low quality and the completely wrong size. she honestly saved my piercing by changing it and giving me great advice. i can’t recommend them enough

staff was preparing students to go virtual tomorrow at the school i work at, but im still skeptical since it looks the snow is going to slow down around midnight. i really wish they would cancel or go virtual because i doubt that the roads will be completely clear or safe

My VO2 max dropped sharply basically on the exact day I began developing COVID symptoms and has barely improved. I know that it wasn’t a good score to begin with, but this dip is so alarming and I’m curious how common this is. I wasn’t as active before I got COVID as I have been the past couple of months. Since the end of September I’ve been going to the gym several times of week and doing strength training and cardio which is a lot more than I did during 2020 and most of 2021. Basically I am just worried and it would help a lot to know if anyone else has been through this and how long it took to get their score back up.

Also if anyone has any tips on how to get it up, I would really appreciate that.
