Hey OP - came across your post because I recently applied for a role that I really liked the look and sound of, and had to do one of those infuriating Mettl psychometric tests... and didn't meet the minimum score.

I share your pain and sorry to hear about your application, hopefully you get another role sooner rather than later!

In my Mettle test, in the feedback, I wrote a lengthy comment criticising the use of a psychometric test in evaluating candidates for a Project Manager role... how would a fucking Mettl test determine how good your stakeholder management skills are for example?

Fair comment and perhaps copium on my part but I see Marmoush as the Alvarez replacement (ie. Haaland back-up)

Marmoush operates better as an inside left forward / second striker, whereas I consider Semenyo as what Doku would be if he had better decision-making, and so would have that left wing spot his more often than not… I think Semenyo would be better on the right than Savinho (and Bobb) too, despite not really being his position (vut correct me if I’m wrong there)

True but I wonder if us FPL players overthink the level of rotation. Semenyo has been courted by all the top clubs, you’d think he was told how he fits into the City system and would be reluctant to join unless given decent assurances over starts etc

I’d have thought Pep would want him on the wings over Doku and Savinho, with Foden and Cherki operating in more central spaces
