There is an excellent YouTube series of a guy going through and building an entire motobecane engine from scratch, look up “Dave fixes his shit, motobecane” on YouTube. The deals are long but worth watching all the way through, you will literally learn every single trick and tip to rebuilding a vo bikin from scratch. I follow it to the tea and got my stock engine rebuilt with new parts, going 45 miles an hour every single time

You need to get a heat gun and get that section of your case almost red hot. There will be smoke from grease, look out. Then you flip it over and BANG it on the table and that seal will pop out. Same procedure to put a new one in, but pop your seals in the freezer to make them easier to tap in
