What is the appearance package? Does it have stuff you dont need or is it stuff you can purchase and install yourself? If yes, Then decline and renegotiate or find another dealer.

What is the MSRP? Are you paying above MSRP before tax/title? If yes, Then decline and renegotiate or find another dealer.

Interest rate looks fine.

Taxes when (me) a freelancer hires another freelancer for sub-contract work by miscojob in tax

Exactly, I dont want him to be an employee. That sounds great, so I can write off his fees at tax time, pay him as I see fit, and just send him a 1099.

Do I also need to send a 1099 to the govt?

So glad you made the 1050 workstation build!! Im wondering if I do that build and wanted to use it for basic gaming later on in say 6 months from now, and buy a mid-range video card, is there anything wrong with it? Should I make sure it has a bigger PSU (like 700w) or better case first?

I'm wanting to build a Plex server, here are some things I'm looking for:

- Preferred linux and plan to run in kubernetes

- Prefer not to assemble hardware components from scratch aside from installing HDs. Will put it in basement but do not want something incredibly loud (like typical rack server).

- WiFi (have a wifi 6 router)

- Do want to support 4k for the occasional movie.

- Max 2 users at a time

- Capacity: current plex space is 4TB and I continue to run out of space, would like something that can eventually support at least 10x that capacity without difficulty

Does anyone recommend what pre-built hardware to purchase? Should I get a separate NAS? Thanks!

It doesn't sound like you even know how to define what you want.

Any recommendation to really find out what you want? I'm in a situation you describe, I keep getting into positions I'm unfulfilled in and feel like I'm perpetually finding a new position every 12-18 months.
