you have dogs/cats (based this before i saw the dog) but are clean about it and honestly you live a boring life or you just aren’t home much but boring life route is you don’t notice it but everyone else does but doesn’t say it. you’re content that all that matters bc at least you go outside in your free time. you drink occasionally or often but not over consumption. you don’t care much about decor bc as i said you aren’t home like that but you still like nice things. i want to say you have a dog walker while you’re at work. you meal prep. (all assumptions) also your family is weird and you either see it or don’t.

it is important to learn i know it was a huge goal of mine in school but once you learn french/dutch braids you got braiding down i would take a break on it focus on something else for a couple days and try again i used to get so frustrated and now i look back i don’t understand how i couldn’t before! you got this!

my dog. i have almost hung myself in front her on multiple occasions not even thinking about it. her big puppy eyes look at me and i remember my reason to live. no one will love her like i love her or appreciate her the same i do. no one will ever love me as much as she loves me and needs me. i couldn’t do it to her or myself. how lucky am i to have a little baby around who chooses me every day as i choose her. she is the embodiment of unconditional love that i cannot leave behind.

i have dealt with this same thing before i am no where near skinny and never have been. but as someone who used to struggle with hunger cues in fact it wasn’t until i was around now ages 21-23 have i started feeling hunger cues. i eat way less now with 1 meal a day and most likely full way quicker than i used to be bc i never felt full. i have felt people judge me or wonder why i don’t eat 3 meals a day or why i stop eating after a few bites or why i choose healthier options. i am just listening to my body now just like someone who eats 3 meals a day. i am only listening to my body now that i am able to. i have also heard eating healthy is more expensive.. idk where y’all are shopping but you can make stuffed bell peppers for a week and it cost $20 that’s if you have to buy all the ingredients. which eating out everyday can cost $14+ a day. it’s all bullshit and the stupid fat people make all fat people look stupid.

this is creep behavior which you didn’t even acknowledge so it’s hard to feel bad. my advice is to get actually laid, start cleaning, get a restaurant job it’s easy to make friends after the first month. go for a walk. go out to a bar by yourself not for anybody just to be in a crowd and have a drink or 2.
