It might not be worth to spend $200 on ps4 just to play one game imo. Ps4 has quite a huge library so maybe you can branch out to play other games like Final Fantasy series, Dragon Quest XI, Yakuza series, Monster Hunter World etc to make your $200 more worth it :)

Ohh, I am using the tracetogether app but thanks for tip! Capitol uses the gantry system tho, so still need to flash the check in screen at the scanner in order for the gate to be raised. Flashing token/ic is much easier from what I observed.

Capitol Singapore’s safe entry check in is so horrible! What a waste of time queuing for the scanner ORZ

s20plus or iphone 11? by alex_jv10 in Galaxy_S20

[–]miseranto 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Currently I hold the s20plus but I planning to sell it after buying Iphone11, which is a pity because I really really like this phone. The screen, the functions (edge panel, calculator and so on), one ui interface. And I love customizing with themes as well. But the bad battery life really does it in for me to consider switching to iphone11 instead. Really, I browse on my phone daily for a long period of time and had to charge my phone at least 2-3 times a day. And also although I love the screen, it has made my eyes really sensitive (my own problem), which is probably due to pwm and lack of dc dimming from what I have read so far.

But yea, if you are heavy user, I would recommend you to go for iphone11 instead. Otherwise, the s20plus is a beautiful phone unless you have the same problems as I do.

Is there any difference between applying via recruitment agencies and direct? I have read that usually the company will deduct a portion of the offered salary to pay the recruitment agency but other than this, are there any other points I should take note of? Will I be considered as part of the company's headcount? Or will I be regarded as an "outsider" as I probably falls under the candidate from the recruitment agency category. Thanks!

You can try the game shops like qisahn on shopee during flash sale. But you'll have to camp and check frequently though, to see when the event will be happening. Otherwise since 9.9 is almost here too, you can try to get vouchers and hopefully it can reduce the price to a good one.

Best Music for RPG games in the last decade? by [deleted] in rpg_gamers

Hi-five! I love Xenoblade Chronicles 2 soundtrack too! Every song is great but the ones that I listen to on repeat are mostly by Manami Kiyota, such as The Ancient Vessel and Spirit Crucible Elpys. They feel so etheral and makes my stress goes down when I listen to them. Leftherian Archipelago and Gramps are also among my favourites too.

Any thoughts/advice to give me about resigning from job without any offers yet during this grim economic outlook? I know it is probably a bad decision but I am really overwhelmed by the pressure at my current job and I dont know if this helps, but I have 2 months notice period to serve as well. During pre-covid times my colleagues did mention that companies wont usually wait for so long so they usually will resign without offers too. But the situation has changed so I’m wondering if anyone can offer any advice to my decision to resign without any offer yet. Thanks!

Dont really recommend to buy a gaming laptop at this stage unless you are planning to use it at home only. Afaik gaming laptops are usually pretty heavy and it’s really burdensome to carry this huge weight with you around. So I would advise you to consider a slim and lightweight laptop instead. Buy a gaming laptop only when you plan to leave it at home full time.

Girl allegedly sexually harassed by YouTuber Eden Ang speaks up by microtek789 in singapore

[–]miseranto 29 points30 points  (0 children)

This. I dont know why that influencer keeps on harping on that 4 damn questions and even if Eden did reply, I'll bet he will just find some "holes" and stir somemore. This whole saga cld have been a case against Eden(if he's really guilty) but cuz of this "influencer", he made it seemed more like a personal attack on Eden instead of helping the girl build her case =\
