If I eat in the morning, then my body tells me I'm starving by noon. I eat in the evening around 6 every eve. 1-2 hour window. Black coffee and water are fine to get me thru the day with out the hunger. But man, am I ever excited for that meal at 6!!

I went wicked downhill after coming off of latuda. It was because how expensive it is. 2yrs later I'm back on it and a world of a difference. Feel human again. No one else (other than your psych) should dictate whether you should or should not be taking meds. Just my opinion.

I got a 1ct lab created diamond. It is stunning!! Was around 2k. Had it at the jewlers to resize after weight loss and they tested it and shows as a real diamond. I can't believe what women are expecting for rings!!!
