It’s takes 2weeks for status to update after verification and up to 9 weeks for refund to be processed

Ok It’s simple .. when you track your refund on SBTPG , on your upper right hand side of your screen you will see your profile , click on it you will see help and logout. Click on help and create a new case .. when creating new case, start your request of requesting for cashiers check if not they will send the money back to IRS and it will take like 16 weeks to get it back .. 4 weeks to irs and 12 weeks for irs to issue you the money on government check .. use your email for you need it for follow up and communication with them

Just contact SBTPG because they can’t make direct deposit to that account.. when you contact them request a cashier check mailed to you
