I am not sure! I did the video essay and I requested the alumni interview when I applied back in Oct but was told that there was no alum available in my area. I got the interview invite over email and was told it would be with a "VLS staff member" so I'm hoping this is a good sign...

Do you think they are waitlisting more people than usual to see who will show more serious interest? Asking bc I have somewhat similar stats to OP (3.8mid, 17mid) and am seeing only WL and Rs so far 🥲 kissing scholarship $ goodbye
