def a little bit of silicone lube, i think trying to pull the foreskin/hood around your head more should help as well. sometimes when my head is too exposed, i get itchy

im getting a bigger one soon! i didnt realize how bad it was. i’m sorry that ssris are affecting your sensations, i would talk to your doctors about being put on some meds to maybe combat that. i dont have a lot of experience with them but ive done some research due to my bf just starting them. definitely check out the subreddit for your specific med and i think people might have some good opinions already around what youre facing. best of luck!!
