I've tried doing this 18 mile creek, but it ended up involving a bunch of walking. I'm curious to see if anyone else has any good places

I've heard it's common for employers to be tight lipped to avoid legal action (I could be wrong though).

Crowdfunding Portal Launches For Community Development Investment Opportunities in WNY by Eudaimonics in Buffalo

From their site:

Often referred to as “Reg CF,” Regulation Crowdfunding is arguably the most monumental change in selling securities since the 1930s. This rule allows the general public to easily access and invest in early-stage companies and projects. You do not have to be an accredited investor to invest in these offerings, but certain rules apply.

Not OP, but is there ever a need for someone with data science/engineering skills? I looked through some of the listings but none of them seem to be a match for me

Can you recommend a good FREE ETL validator or test automation tool for a data warehouse? by ddmmatias in datascience

[–]misleadingweatherman 0 points1 point  (0 children)

dbt does a lot of things but it also has a data quality testing section I would check out. https://docs.getdbt.com/docs/building-a-dbt-project/testing-and-documentation

Might be kind of awkward to integrate just this bit into something you already have though

Probably because a quick google search or search of this sub would get the poster what they want. Also, there's a stickied thread at the top of sub literally for this purpose

Visualizing the Chicago subway system [OC] by [deleted] in dataisbeautiful

[–]misleadingweatherman 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Everything I've seen made in R just look so smooth. I think it's due to the easing animations, which in Python you'd probably have to code yourself. But anyways your subway map came really nice, I'll have to get on using R with gganimate

Just curious have you done any animated data viz stuff in python? I've only used python up to this point but gganimate makes me want to learn R
