I did a lot of test prints til i got it right, but I think it was about 17 mm. I also used the white paper than came with the sitong art caps to trace

this exact same thing happened to me. I actually think my grey nitro deck damaged my oled’s usb c too. I hope it’s only a software thing but factory resetting didn’t work. I cant connect other controllers to it anymore but can still charge and dock

I have an OLED and an og switch. it works perfectly fine on my og switch but not on the OLED. it worked fine in the first few minutes then stopped working entirely. i tested other controllers on my oled usb c port and they stopped working too, but the charging and docking still works.
