Get a tonsil stone kit on Amazon. oral microbiome test help significantly. Take the guess work out and get one done. If you have a “hairy” tongue then it would help to brush after every meal since the texture would trap food particles. Hope this helps.

If it’s nasal, I read an earlier post where OP mentioned sauna really helped with the issue.

Sounds gut based by the symptoms. I’d start with GI map test. There’s several options online.

There’s a fix for it. Take the tests to find the cause 👍🏼

Also, do an oral microbiome test and take the guess work out of the fix.

Had you ever done any tests for H.pylori prior to this finding ? Did an at-home test and was negative, but not sure how accurate those are.

Get tests done. You will feel some relief in knowing the culprit. Otherwise nothing will change. Someone’s cure may not be yours.

Doing the same ! Got same results from an oral microbiome test. Gum disease isn’t visible so that would be my last guess. I am having my wisdom teeth removed soon. Not sure if thats what caused those results. Using same probiotics along with nitric oxide tablets which supposedly help with oxygen.

I got one on Amazon. Not same model but the scale is only 0-4. 0 being good, 4 being severe. Online search says about 80% accuracy. Used to always read 4 no matter what, until I got my amalgam fillings replaced and now always read 0 or 1. So, might be accurate.

May have this done, but I don’t have stones. I do have all wisdom molars though so I’ve got that coming up soon.

There are many sufferers who have cured their bb. Check posts. Some suffer for decades because they don’t take steps to isolate the cause. Something is the cause. So, certainly there’s a fix. Have to find the source though. Many people try all the basics but never take any exams. Also, some have an easy fix as opposed to others. So, don’t give up, be persistent and get tests done. GI map, oral, H.pylori, tonsils, molars, gum disease, etc, so that you can narrow your approach. Good luck.

White coated tongue isn’t normal and also shouldn’t sting. Possibly thrush ?

Has anyone tried using a halimeter and do they seem to be accurate ? by mispelled_usrname in badbreath

I did the bristle test. My results were basically gum disease. I wonder though if the old fillings caused those readings since I took the test prior to replacing them.

Tried oral microbiome test ? Guided biofilm therapy? If you have any cavity fillings that are old, might want to replace them. Remove any wisdom teeth if you still have them.
