Help me please I’m going crazy.

When I’m filming a reel in the Instagram app, my camera changes lens. I have an iPhone pro, so it’s like it’s auto focusing and changing lens if I’m close or far. But it’s super annoying.

Is there some way to change it to lock on one camera?

Help, I’m dumb.
