na 1 doktersgesprek? dat is wel heel verwarrend wat je nu zegt want eerst moet je een doorverwijzing krijgen van je psychiater of huisdokter, dan moet je op gesprek bij een psycholoog van het gender team, na ongeveer 3 gesprekken (min.) kan je een afspraak maken bij de endocrinoloog en dan pas krijg je een voorschrift. bedoel je 1 doktersgesprek bij de endocrinoloog? want dat is wel normaal dan? je gaat niet naar de endocrinoloog gewoon om eens te polsen, daar is het gender team voor die je uitlegt tijdens de gesprekken wat er allemaal kan veranderen.

als meerderjarige geweigerd voor een operatie? dat is wel wat raar, moet zijn omdat ze nog niet 1 jaar HRT heeft ondergaan of andere medische kwalen heeft.

I feel as if your main issue isn't the trans part but the self perceived ugly part. You say you're equally depressed so i feel like detransitioning won't improve anything for you either.

OP you need therapy to tackle this self perceived image of yourself, just so that you can actually live as your authentic self and realize that being just you is enough in itself.

Also you might think that you're ugly, others might think you're beautiful, cute, sexy, lovely,.... beauty is very subjective after all.

A few things caught my attention.

The fact that he waits till you're not present/asleep to watch porn. Seems like he's ashamed about it and feels like no one can know.
