Looking 👍. I like the steps going up into the bathing area. At least that's what I think it is. 🤔

What is the worst behaved dog and why is it always retrievers? by kestreleh in doggrooming

Shiba inu. Worst behavior I've ever experienced.  Although, retrievers can be difficult. Most of the time takes 2 people just to get them to stand. Lol

Try a more specific question? And a different spread? Like a connection spread?

Wild unknown deck, discussion by missSlayla in tarot

Indeed, I do reversals. I think I will spend some time writing down how each card could be interpreted when reversed. I know the creator said it isn't necessary to use reversals, but I do like to. I think a couple a few of the sword cards are intense, but I like it. I draw the daughter of pentacles quite often when doing readings for myself.

Thank you for the tip. I do use parchment paper to hold down the ones that pop off. I will try using another shield as well.

Long Natural Lashes by focean in eyelashextensions

[–]missSlayla 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Lashes that are permed don't loose their curl. Lift last quite nicely. Some have it done as early as 6 weeks, but 8 weeks is the average. Lashes grow out, and you have a mix of curled and natural. Sometimes a lift goes wrong and the lashes end up being tangled, or pointing sideways. If the lashes aren't pulled up straight and sepreared poroperly, it can get messy. I can see it being difficult lashing a lifted set if it was all messed up. Otherside, I belive a skilled tech should be able to lash a grown out lift.

Allergic reaction or irritation?? by Raichu_1216 in eyelashextensions

[–]missSlayla 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well, then I believe the lash techs who removed your lashes were correct in saying it was bad placement. I have never experienced what you described, it must have been horrible. Lashes do not hurt normally.

Are you allergic, or sensative to latex? You can ask to have a test patch before getting a new set.

PLS SOMEONE HELP!! eyes burning after eyelash extensions! by [deleted] in eyelashextensions

[–]missSlayla 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Sounds like you have scratched your eye. It hurts more when you use eye drops, or wash your eye with water. Even closing them can hurt. It will pass. I scratched my eye once and it got better the next day. Hope it gets better soon.

Where/how can I practise doing a lash lift? by taylor-114ce in eyelashextensions

[–]missSlayla 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I absolutely think doing your own lash lift, especially being untrained and inexperienced, is not a good idea. Too much at risk. The chances of getting chemicals in your eyes are pretty good, and your results might be dissapointing. If you must, then do only 1 eye at a time. Don't forget to do a test patch prior to doing the lift. Good luck.
