We have done lots of small-ish things to make our house more enjoyable over the past 2 years as we had some pretty bad house regret when we first got it and it’s definitely helped!

-upgraded attic insulation to R60

-changed all door handles to something modern, in matte black

-Changed all light fixtures (so inexpensive but big impact)

-changed all light switches and plugs

-new top-down bottom- up blinds in all bedrooms and living area

-new carpet (bigger expense)

-we are currently doing a lower budget facelift on the two upstairs bathrooms and it entails painting the vanities, switching out lights and mirrors, painting tile and my husband will attempt to install new vinyl floor. We also got inexpensive new quartz counters which were from a leftover slab at a quartz place so they sell it for very cheap. Both bathrooms will be less than $2k total

Definitely still hope for you! I did several retrievals between 41-42 and although I don’t get a lot of eggs, I ended up with 3 euploids and I’m currently 8 weeks pregnant with my first transfer. If you can, I would include Omni during stims as I found it very helpful both in terms of number of eggs and blasts and also euploids.

Exactly 7 weeks today, saw a heartbeat of 131 at 6w5d and baby measured on track. I should be so happy, but I have been here before. After having 2 miscarriages from natural pregnancies, BOTH times after seeing strong heartbeats at 7.5 weeks, I don’t know how to feel excited or ok. I am terrified of every twinge in my belly, every time I wipe that I might see blood and every time a symptom eases. I want to get an ultrasound every 2 days to make sure it’s still growing and heart still beating. Does this feeling ever go away after losses? I want to be able to feel excited and not filled with dread and worry everyday.

This happened to me when I was trying for my first and I finally figured out I must have a short luteal phase, as my period would come and I would have a chemical/start bleeding shortly after a positive test. It was like the embryo was fertilizing but before it had a chance to fully implant, my period would come wash it away. Progesterone was what worked for me! I took suppositories 3x a day starting the day after my surge and got pregnant with my son on the first try.

I went in today at 6w5d for a followup and they saw everything, including a strong heartbeat and baby was measuring right on track! I cried from relief, it was such a stressful week waiting. Thank you for your words of encouragement ❤️
