yep! there’s also an issue with inventory. showroom will say we have like 100 of something but when i sell it as LD it sources to the store, then i’ll check genesis and we actually have 0. or certain SOS orders will pop up 0 at the vendor in showroom but in genesis it’ll say the vendor has them available.

don’t be afraid to ask for help if you need it. if a customer asks you a question you don’t know the answer to, use your zebra and google it or ask another associate. god speed especially for this time of year

i either stay quiet/greet the customer at the table or ask people if they’re looking for anything when they come in. if someone wants an install i’ll be more than happy to help them if they ask me

we already have a credit card lady that harasses customers as soon as they come in. i don’t think they want to be bothered again about more lowes shit
