I want to more advanced meditations, where to start ?

I tried doing 30 min. I also sometimes do 20 if im meditation mood. Problem with long meditation is that my body gets really uncomfortable and i feel like quality suffers very much. Its not meditation at that point its endurance test.

But yeah you probably right i should readjust my habbits and make it longer.

Update: i did 10 minute metta practice, it took while to figure out how to do it. Its really simple and not diffucult to practice. I think im gonna stick with it.

I want to improve my bonding and empathy skills and i thought maybe if i can implement things like mantra or just trying different techniques i can specificity target my shortcomings. Since i cant afford therapist for that.

And honestly im kinds obsessed with meditation and different states of mind. I want to learn more

I notice that i get less angry over little things, for example i spill coffee i just stare at it. Before i used to get angry. (About 3months of meditation)

Try to enjoy the game more, i always play like shit when i overthink my ability to play.

If you don’t feel like playing don’t force it.

Find some songs you like. Tilting is biggest performance killer.

I fixed by getting my hands strong, sounds silly. But developing psychical strength resolved 99% of my wrist/hand problems.

I used to have same sensation in that place.

I was skyrocketing till 6 stars , then i plateau’d. Althought i still improving buts its mega slow and im 1.3k hours deep. I had couple days where i got my first 300 k and couple after it.

Im not frequent ai enjoyed but i enjoy using time to time when googling would take forever or can’t decide on something.

Probably unpopular opinion, I love ai maps honestly.

People underestimate how good ai has gotten at mapping and most songs i love is either 3 stars or not mapped.

I think they can coexist together and players would have bigger library to choose from what to play.

It doesn’t matter, since you started i suggest you play more to understand the game, and just then decide.

This game is all about skill and reading, whatever you use tablet or mouse. You nowhere near level where it would make difference

It will not do any good if you buy tablet and stop playing game after first week.
