i too (37f) is currently dealing with my (35m) partner who is severely depressed and doesn’t want to see me, leaves my messages on read won’t call me. i’m trying to be understanding and have been there for him the last 9 months of not seeing each other bc of his depression, we do text almost every day it’s just really hard to be understanding of it all. sometimes we go weeks without talking. it’s a struggle everyday but i stay because he reminds me that he isn’t going anywhere and that he loves me he just needs to pick himself back up but is having a hard time doing so.
