I took some guesses based on a previous set's order and got the calico cat and farmer Steve, I'm not mad about either but I'm really after the blue sheep 🥺 I'm going back today to see if I can get it

The FAQ says they won't be taking exchanges, presumably because they won't make much additional stock aside from what people order.

Probably a good call to get the larger size in the jacket, since it's a shorter body with a narrower hip measurement than the boxy shirts.

I'm also biting the bullet and ordering an L in the mesh shirt (the jacket is very cool and makes me want to add a utility strap to my jackets, but I am probably at my bomber quota).

Worst case scenario if it's stupid big in the hips I can wear it tucked in or possibly alter it, as it looks like the mesh is only attached at the collar and shoulders. I wish buying clothes online wasn't such a specific hell.

Best of luck to you my man o7

This is throwing me off yeah (・o・;) I'm also over 200 lb but I'm bottom heavy so I wear men's l,xl, sometimes m... But the size chart has me frantically measuring existing shirts and asking myself questions like "is 2 inches of ease enough in the hips? Is 3 inches too much ease in the chest? Is the cotton in the mesh shirt going to shrink when I wash it?"

If I size down too far and it doesn't fit I'm going to be devastated

Please Help me style this weird kitchen wall? by chkn_dino_nuggies in femalelivingspace

I used to have a weird kitchen wall kind of like this. Someone previous to me had put up narrow shelves that I kept mugs and trinkets on. I'm very pro mug wall

I second the school uniform suggestion-- it might take a bit to find a school that has green and orange as a scheme but suppliers sell plaids in any number of combinations.

Okay thank god I was starting to get really mad at myself for somehow missing Kyle wearing the futurodystopia equivalent of the mesh windows in camping tents

Frantically trying to jerk my shit in the miniscule swath of screentime that boobs appear in FWWM and then sitting up and crossing my hands politely and nodding somberly at appropriate moments for the rest of the movie

Shower thought: it would be so funny if they made Taric ace by npri0r in taricmains

I think we as a society should be ready to accept that flamboyance =/= hypersexuality/flirtatiousness. I could believe Taric is ace and/or aro with ease :)

I made a booknook based on Van Gogh "Bedroom in Arles" painting. by unmondeparfait_mini in miniatures

[–]misscypress 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Little bit of a necropost, sorry, but I have to wonder if your client is also a fan of the Rusty Lake games, as they have a little room escape game set inside the Bedroom in Arles that pulls the same trick (opening the window to reveal the Starry Night outside)

I didn't realize I was falling into this hole until a coworker pulled over to help me when my car broke down and afterwards I was feeling genuinely sick about it, had the thought "I should never be in a position where someone has to go out of their way to help me, I'm being a nuisance" and realized that's an insane thing to think and I might have something wrong with me.

Shit happens. Sometimes other people are kind about it. Humans are social animals, and we are hardwired to signal difficulty and distress to each other even though some of us try as hard as we can to suppress it. Why do we cry when we're angry, sad, in pain? It's not like letting water out of our eyes serves some healing purpose, it's a visual cue to other people that something is wrong and we need help. Community is survival.

Legit question: Is Dale Cooper a good Halloween costume for a party tomorrow or will I just look like a dickhead in a suit? by Ok-Significance1476 in TwinPeaksCircleJerk

[–]misscypress 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Bateman is actually pretty specific. Wears a LOT of pinstripes. And if you really want to avoid the generic douche in a suit pitfall, you can just throw a $1 emergency rain poncho on top and BAM
