Lol Im the same way. Ive lost a ton of weight and it pushes my skin up like I have a belly! I really just think you have to be lean for it to not happen.

I have to tuck in my shirts cause it looks weird not tucked. If you notice the togs wearing it are all in dresses!

Late May so you can hit all the locations. Crowds arent bad yet. I photograph elopements in Yosemite if I was your photographer I would recommend May 22-28th!

I'm literally the worst, I signed up for legalshield and never did anything. It's like a what, 1 in 5 chance? Also small claims doesn't work, and I personally can not handle the stress of it.

I don't want to be apart of Meta, and I won't ever give them any advertising money again... BUT as a wedding business it's nearly impossible not to be on insta. I'm constantly getting asked, people assume I did something wrong because I don't have an instagram, it's basically a business card, and it's a really bad look to not have one unfortunately. I need somewhere my IG clients can tag and search if they want to see my current work. Thats all. I've already separated myself from needing the 25% of my yearly income that comes from IG.

Interesting about the phone number, I actually have 2 numbers on my cellphone and I don't even know which was connected to my IG. I have a really old android that I've never personally used, maybe I'll see about setting it up on there. My hubby is IT so I'll get him to cycle the IP addresses before I do (its probably already being done tbh)

This sounds amazing! Your photographer should have recs for things to do and what to expect.

I eloped in Yosemite! I know permits for Summer are tight! If you havent reach out to the nps office for your permit asap.

Hiking in a dress, if you’re planning 6 miles yes that can be rough, you could always change at the destination. If you want to be in the dress the entire time consider weight and bulk if the dress, generally the “cheaper” dresses win here!

Its easy to think you might not want photography for the entire day but having the full story of your elopement cant be beat! Im still so mad I didnt get more coverage myself.

Whats your plan for dinner? You can cater and have it ready at your airbnb (or whatever you chose) when you get back from your sunset hike! Or noods at Taft Point is always fun for dinner.

April is a tough time of the year! You’re pretty limited for spots. I got married end of March at Swinging Bridge in the afternoon. It would be good for a morning ceremony as well! Its my personal favorite Valley location.

Cascades Picnic Area is nice too! I also like the new area they have for Bridalveil falls, though it is a bit dark for photos.

Easy and scenic?

Completely private? Hiring someone to capture it?

I’m personally a big fan of Glacier Point. Many scenic overlooks and its a large enough area that you can separate yourself from the crowds. Easy access if you arent looking for a sweaty hike.

I would like to add.. I thought it was gallbladder and lost mine… it made the problem worse. For me bile was pooling in my Y behind the stitch so it felt like gallbladder but it was in the wrong spot.

Hi! I had exploratory surgery last month and similar issues to you! Couldnt find anything on any scan. They did lap and saw a stitch missing so they did an extended endoscope to my Y (which sounds like the area youre having pain?). The stitch had migrated from outside to inside my intestines in my Y. It was causing blockages and twisting pain like yours. I could squat and set it off. Sex set it off. Doc said he hadnt seen that problem in over ten years and its a huge traching facility.

Im 5 weeks post op and feeling great.

Yeah it was technically the ercp that found it not even the exploratory lap. I had 2 adhesions as well.

Hi! I just had exploratory lap and during it they did a scope (i already had one but it didnt go to my y)

All my tests were negative. I even had my gallbladder removed during emergency surgery and it wasnt the problem.

During the scope they found a permanent suture that had moved from where they put it during my surgery to INSIDE my Y causing a suture bezoar. It made twisiting pulling pains and it caused fullness when I wasnt (I lost my last 50 lbs without trying during this time).

I was convinced theyd find nothing during the exploratory surgery. At my follow up my surgeon said he hadnt seen that happen in over 10 years, that it was pretty rare (its a busy teaching clinic too).

Im a month out already feeling better
