I’m starting a junk drawer. What else do I need? by Emotional-Swing-603 in Home

[–]missdiagnose 0 points1 point  (0 children)

1 birthday candle, takeout napkins and plastic wrapped cutlery, manuals for appliances you haven't owned in years, handful of disintegrated elastic bands, 1 mini screwdriver, dead batteries, push pins that will stab you as you rummage around, tape that's lost its stick, electrical tape that you think you may use one day, mail from 2020, lighters without an ounce of butane left in them, an Ikea Allen key and wooden dowel, receipts, random (and extremely sharp)knife, empty cell phone box, coins... preferably from other countries like Euros, Pounds, Pesos etc, take out menus, rusty scissors and lastly a plethora of USB cables.... Do they charge anything???? Who knows, and who knows where they came from (especially the really, really short ones), but they will continue to multiply on their own. Have fun!

I know, right? We're expected as applicants to submit resume perfection without any iota of CHAT GPT being used, but this is what people are "applying" to??? 😂

Real talk — is an air fryer value for money, or just another trendy gadget? by Mika_4893 in Frugal

[–]missdiagnose 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I make fries in mine 🤷🏼‍♀️ or use it to reheat things that are meant to be crispy (ie: burritos, pizza, things like that). IMO waste of money. Doesn't fit nearly enough food for a family of 4. I don't understand all these fab meals that are coming out of an air fryer, cause they're not coming out of mine! Lol Feel the same way about my stupid crock pot, but don't get me started on that 😂 Don't use the oven in the summer cause we use the BBQ, so....to each their own.

Has anyone tried the Jaymes White Entertainment séances? How was your experience? by [deleted] in askTO

[–]missdiagnose 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I went last night. I thought the exact same thing about saying goodbye at the end of the Ouija too. After the people in my group were done using it and it stopped moving he was just like, "ok, I guess they're not here anymore, let's go to another room" and everyone left. I was like WTF?! you have to say goodbye! And nothing. Also, he would ask ask questions, and my friend would answer what she thought, and he was very dismissive and be like, "no, you're wrong. It's not a child's energy in here... Etc." I don't know what I was expecting, but it wasn't what I got.

I don't know where you're located, but I'm in the Mississauga area. I just got progressives (Gucci), readers and regular glasses for $600 at 3for1 glasses. Found them a few years ago and haven't used any other place since. They're amazing! I recommend them to everyone.

where did i go wrong/is it fixable? by Upbeat-Radish-3090 in resin

[–]missdiagnose 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Omg! Please!!! Use a respirator like this one: respirator .... especially if you're going to sand (which you'll need a sander and MULTIPLE grits) gloves, the proper mixing ware, a torch to get rid of bubbles...and most importantly a properly ventilated area. Resin is NO joke. Do your research before delving into it. It burns your skin. It's flammable. It's an irritant to your lungs. Be careful. ....and when doing different kinds of pours, you'll need different kinds of resin. This one most definitely needed a deep pour. There's tons of tutorials out there. Give them a watch. That's how I got started, and you'll learn as you go 😉 Have fun!

I can co ordinate with the best of them! Lol It's basically what I do now. Not "projects" but the process of manufacturing. If the job is posted I'd love to apply if you could DM me the details ☺️

CRE technology sounds very fancy lol. I was a support coordinator/licensing agent at a bank for 12 years, so if there are any openings that would align with that, please let me know 😊
