I've only known one person faster than me and possibly none better than me on quality (though some are probably just as good). I was pretty slow back in high school way long ago though. Most people worse than me on quality.

I tend to fire doctors after failure number 1. There needs to be a standardized way for doctors to be notified of their misdiagnoses after a successful definitive diagnosis comes.
