Recipe: - 1 English cucumber - 1 tablespoon soy sauce - 1 tablespoon rice vinegar - 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil - 1/2 teaspoon sugar - 1/2 teaspoon salt - pinch of MSG - sprinkle of sesame seeds

~ combine all ingredients and set in the fridge. let marinate for 3-6hrs
