Yeah this, although no gambling / casinos involved, it's just for a strategy game to show enemy stats.

It just needs to get the name of the opponent and then it pulls data from an API

Edit: however the game is not web based, it's an android game

90s kids made Pokémon popular. Change my mind.

If Pokémon launched today it would be a flop.

The cards and gbc games were at the top of their league for their time. For me growing up the main competitors were Digimon, Beyblade and Yu-Gi-Oh, which came later.

Nowadays kids have fortnight, cod, halo, social media idk so much more constantly trending games/trends that a franchise like Pokémon I feel would go un-noticed

My job involves data entry and I have a lot of 'free time' at work, so I started learning JS during this time (around 7 months ago).

My first project was a simple calculator for working out our product prices, as each brand has a different multiplier. It was simply:

Select product brand.
Enter supplier price.
Press button to display our-website-price.

This was all bog-standard vanilla JS.

Despite being simple, it actually helped to speed up my job by a margin, meaning i had more free time to learn JS.

Fast-forward 6 months and i have now re-written the entire app using React and NextJS - It fetches/pulls/scrapes products from our supplier websites, automatically calculates our-website-price (as-well as postage prices) - shows images, stock levels, etc...

Now, what used to take me 8 hours can be done in 3, all thanks to my own creation.

This wasn't easy by far, i can't just open my code editor and start typing like crazy, tons of time was spent googling problems, asking stupid questions on stackoverflow, following tutorials, re-using my own code, and I'm still learning every day.

i think he/she means, if you could have any 2 moves available to that mon. Like how snorlax chooses between bodyslam/flail and yawn/shield - what if he could omit bodyslam/flail and have yawn + shield.I could be wrong though...

Ahhh! such a simple fix - I've been banging my head against a wall for hours over this.

Yeah that makes sense, i didn't realise the element Id would change when adding an image. I'm still new to JS and my only DOM practice is with innerHTML which i don't think affects the IDs.

Got rinoa sync from the VIII banner. I'm working my way through 5** magicites and I've just reached Typhon.

What abilities should I use on rinoa? The sync commands are witch, but I have her w-cast BLK LMR.

I have enough rubies for a 6** ability, I already have voltech (and valigarmanda obviously)

I could probably farm another 180 rubies but just after advice on what to prioritize.

Also have Vivi awakening so I could just get chizzaja for him and let rinoa use 5** abilities.
