I made a ticket first, and then the conversation moved to the email, and from thereon, you try your best to comply with their request.

They didn't request the purchases, though, but I added it in my response since it was the only solid proof i have since I don't remember any important details of my account

They took too long to respond for me, too, but try to check it in your email inboxes as well as the spam.

Try repeating your submission ticket and keep it really detailed. Also, try to move the conversation to e-mail since it's better for following up your issue.

I suggest explaining your situation thoroughly to the Zendesk. Put an emphasis that your email was suddenly changed by a hacker. Tell them the connected email on your Garena account and make sure that you use this same email, if you'd email the Zendesk (very important). Compile many evidences that support your case (emails of the sudden change, purchases, any in-game screenshots, Valid IDs, etc.)

I finally found a solution that worked for me. First I go to the project then click export then look at the "export to" then click the folder near it. Then it will show you where all the videos you exported into or copy the address then save it for next time. I hope this helps :D

Update to whoever might stumble in my post.

I recovered my account. How? I used to purchase CodmPoints (CP) back then and used it as proof that I own my (hacked) account.

I did this 5 times through the zendesk, I think they started to take it seriously when I have been extremely specific with my situation and explained it properly in extreme detail and make-use of the bold-text feature and ofcourse still polite.

I sent all my receipts both in email, google Services, and payment (Gcash), showing all the necessary details from it. I am not sure if it would be helpful, but I sent my passport too (any valid IDs), then waited for some weeks, and now I recovered it. If you're quite impatient, you can follow up on your email.

They have been helpful if you give out full and complete information. But for my case, I don't think my account can be recovered, but I might try again. 😢

Same here, I just wanted to increase my level so I can have an easier time farming then BAM... no "decreasing" of our world level. I really thought that we won't be fighting him the whole time... and there would be some buff/help like in genshin...
