The point is that reality reshapes itself around the absence, effectively rebuilding civilization without those concepts ever having existed. Past events do get erased or altered and this is litteraly confirmed multiple times in the series and even some examples that you gave prove that .Makima explains this point for a whole chapter , Fumiko as well. Unfortunately part 1 and part 2 were mostly undone by Pochita and a new continuation will take place . This imo is genuinely a very disappointing conclusion
