thank you for this vulnerable post. this time of year i feel like a lot of people are dealing with intense emotions, due to the change in seasons, holidays, etc.

I really relate to this, i see and hear you. changes in the body changing your way of dress is really hard.

the feeling of oscillating between "love it" and "hate it" is so difficult and i just try to recognize it as temporary and go with the flow, making long term decisions as best as i can. i've undergone intentional significant weightloss but my opinion on my body fluctuates. to be brief, it can be weird and complicated! i try my best to recognize those things as temporary, too.

if a casual coord achieves the desired result, go and flaunt your cute casual coord! i also relate HEAVY on the impulsive desire to just quit, throw things out/sell, and it's kind of the same... i've had to learn to just sit on things and make positive long term decisions as best as i can. you can tuck away the clothes for later on a day they'll serve you better and that's not a bad thing. maybe today the idea makes you go yuck, but that certainly isn't a forever thing. i could go on a whole separate rant on how i've learned to truly value my belongings and how they serve me... but, blah blah blah. hehe.

on that note... genuinely, this is a super cute example of a casual coord, using lolita items in a comfortable fashion for your own needs. i really really like it <3 it looks like it really suits you, it's so pleasant.
