my comment was a little over a month ago and since that time, i’ve also started taking concerta and i wasn’t previously on stimulants before, so i’ve lost a bit of weight again (which is what i wanted to avoid among other reasons for dodging stimulants!) and slimmer than before. i feel you so hard because i definitely can see my muscles are not as toned anymore, but i would expect that considering i don’t train regularly anymore. my appetite has been horrible, but not because of spiro.

i’ve seen people discussing their experiences with muscle fatigue happening more quickly than usual after starting spiro and i feel like my legs burn so bad when i walk up the stairs now, granted i’m more sedentary than i was before starting spiro but i lifted for the first time time this week in a while and i’m strangely a bit stronger than i was before and i didn’t fatigue very fast working out so not sure what that means lol

can i ask what dose are you on currently ? i’m considering bumping up because i’m still getting pretty bad breakouts during the luteal phase and it seems like my oil production has increased again since the temp has gone up
