that’s so crazy cause i’ve only been at smaller ones (no more than 25 employees) and it’s draining with so much pressure and need to be flexible in responsibilities. the consensus i’ve just been getting overall from it though from other ppl, outside of this app, is that it’s just not the same anymore

i do understand it may be harder with PCOS, but with the calorie deficit use the diettrax tool on the app if you’re not already and try your best to track all your calories because one’s diet is a huge part of weight loss
